We provide professional service and repair for selected heating and hot water systems in the Halifax / HRM area. Work is completed by owner/operator to ensure consistent quality and proper diagnosis.

Service Rate
- + tax [1 hour minimum charge]
Service Call & Labour
• 1-hour minimum charge applies to all service calls
• Additional labour billed as required based on time on site
• Most service calls are completed within 1–2 hours depending on the issue
Our goal is to properly diagnose and repair the system, not rush through service calls.
Warranty Work
Warranty-related service is completed according to manufacturer coverage.
Labour time is billable when:
• The issue falls outside manufacturer warranty timetable
• Diagnosis or repair exceeds covered labour allowance (you will be billed the difference)
• The system was not originally installed by us
Parts & Ordering
- Parts are billed separately from labour
- Special order parts require payment before ordering
- Some parts may be non-returnable once ordered
We only install properly sourced parts to ensure reliability and compatibility.
Service Area
Service calls are available throughout Halifax and surrounding HRM areas.
Service calls outside core HRM may include a travel charge depending on location.
Scheduling
Priority scheduling is given to existing customers and systems we have installed.
We take on a limited number of service calls each week to maintain quality and response times.
